We make every attempt to ensure your paint and products arrive to you in perfect condition.
From time to time, there may be an unavoidable issue that may affect the exterior but not the contents, ie., dent in can. These can usually be ‘pinched’ out if needed.
We do not provide exchanges or refunds unless there is an issue that affects the quality and use of our products.
Our paint line is environmentally friendly and non toxic and, as such, cannot be exposed to any freezing temperatures as it doesn’t contain any anti freeze chemicals.
Some winter shipments, depending on weather, may contain an environmentally friendly, non toxic heat packet. This is added for extra heat protection and can be discarded in regular garbage when you open your package.
We suggest that you store your paint and products in a heated environment and do not leave in your car or outside shed during the winter months
